Shipping policy

We ship from Quebec, Canada domestically with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and DHL Express and to most international destinations with various transporters. All the final shipping options and prices are automatically calculated and offered on the payment page (checkout) depending on what you ordered, the total order amount, and your billing and destination addresses.

We deliver duty paid (DDP) to some destinations: we collect and remit prepaid custom duties, taxes and brokerage fees directly to fiscal authorities and nothing is due for the shipment on arrival. If we are unable to calculate and remit duties and taxes at checkout time and if your country's customs or border authorities request payment for custom fees, duties & taxes, warehouse fees and/or quarantine charges, you will be required to complete payment to clear the shipment, before it is delivered to you.
